Born in a land full of qah, namely the land of Serambi Mecca which is full of Islamic struggle values, precisely in North Aceh, on November 26, 1969, Dr. Mansur, M.Kes grew up as the fifth son of six children and the only son of M. Kasim M. Amin and Fathimah Saleh. His primary education was taken at SDN Pante Baro Peusangan, Bireuen City (graduated in 1982), followed by SMPN Krueng Mane Aceh Utara (graduated in 1985), and SGON Banda Aceh (graduated in 1988) which solidified the basis of his interest in the world of sports. His academic journey continued to the Bachelor Program in Physical Education, Health and Recreation (PJKR) at Syiah Kuala University (USK) (graduated in 1992), then earned a Master of Health degree in Basic Medicine – Sports Sciences from Padjadjaran University (graduated in 1998), until completing the Doctoral Program in Sports Education at Semarang State University (graduated in 2017).
In October 2000, he married Raudhatur Rahmi, a loyal companion who was always a source of strength, inspiration, and encouragement in every step of his life. Together with his loyal soulmate, he built a warm family, filled with affection, and based on the value of supporting each other in facing every challenge and achieving every achievement in his life journey. From the marriage, two children were born who became the pride of the family. The first daughter, Afrah Luthfiana Manroza, was born in 2001 and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Communication Studies at Diponegoro University Semarang. A year later, in 2002, his beloved son was born, whom he called "the commander", Arkanul Hanif Manroza, and in 2024 he successfully completed his Bachelor of Science (S1) education at the Faculty of Engineering, Syiah Kuala University, Civil Engineering Study Program.
Since 1994, Dr. Mansur, M. Kes has been a lecturer at the Department of Sports Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, USK, and since 2019 has been trusted as the Secretary of the Department. Outside the campus, his work expanded to become an expert of the Aceh Youth and Sports Office from 2002 to 2024, as well as being a national resource person on regional achievement sports mapping carried out by the Ministry of Youth and Sports in collaboration with the Central KONI in Yokyakarta and various sports achievement coaching management trainings at the provincial and district/city levels. He also acts as a feasibility and propriety examiner in the recruitment of coaches for Pelatda to the National Championship and PON as well as PPLP/PPLPD Aceh coaches, and also makes strategic contributions as experts in the preparation of the Regional Sports Design (DOD) of North Aceh Regency in 2025.
In the field of sports organization, Dr. Mansur, M. Kes serves as Deputy Secretary II for Achievement Development of KONI Aceh and during his involvement since 2014 until now this achievement sports organization has carved a new history by continuing to boost its position since the 2015 West Java PON was ranked 17th nationally and in the 2021 Papua PON ranked 12th nationally and in the 2024 Aceh-North Sumatra PON was ranked in the top 6 nationally. This figure is also the Chairman of the Provincial Board of the Korfball sports branch (with the achievement of a gold medal for PON Aceh-North Sumatra), as well as the Secretary of the Provincial Board of PASI (Athletics) with gold achievements in PON West Java, Papua, and Aceh-North Sumatra. His long dedication, both in the academic world and community service, makes Dr. Mansur, M. Kes a figure who not only builds personal achievements, but also advances Acehnese sports as a whole. His journey is proof that consistency, integrity, and devotion are capable of forming a historical trail that benefits future generations.
Dr. Mansur, M. Kes proves that visionary leadership is able to produce real achievements. His life's journey is a mirror of timeless perseverance. From a simple village child, he grew up to become an academic, sports mover, and national servant. His consistent spirit, his tested integrity, and his sincere devotion make Dr. Mansur, M.Kes not only a figure remembered for his titles and achievements, but also for his inspirational trail that will continue to lead the next generation to dare to dream and work hard to make it happen.
